GOLF CART RENTAL AGREEMENT
The below cart is leased by the Club to the Lessee for golf play on the date indicated above. If the Lessee retains the cart after the rental period, such retention shall be considered an additional rental at the same rate and under the same terms and conditions. The cart must remain on the golf course and be returned promptly after use. The Lessee represents that they are familiar with its operation and agrees to keep the cart in their custody, not sublease or re-rent it, and accepts responsibility for any person operating or riding in the cart.
The Lessee agrees to return the cart in the same condition as received. The Lessee assumes all risks associated with use of the cart and agrees that no right of action shall arise for damages of any kind, whether to person or property, arising from its use or operation, including negligence, and agrees to hold the Lessor and associated parties harmless from all such claims.
The Lessee acknowledges personal liability for all damage to the cart or other property occurring while the cart is in the Lessee’s possession, including reasonable costs incurred in collecting payments due.
This document contains the full agreement between the Lessor and Lessee. Receipt of the above described property in good order and repair is acknowledged by the Lessee.
I agree that all riders have paid the required cart fee and that no more than three people may ride in the cart at any time. Only persons 18 years of age or older may operate the cart. If three people ride in the cart, one must be age 13 or younger.
I agree to pay for all damage to the leased golf cart and any injury or property damage caused while the cart is in my possession or operated by myself or anyone in my group. I confirm that I am familiar with its operation and have read and agreed to the above agreement and rules.
YEARLY CART MEMBERSHIP RULES AND REGULATIONS
Maximum daily cart use is 5 hours. Carts returned after 5 hours are subject to a $20 overage fee. Multiple single riders on the same hole are not permitted regardless of tee time.
